About The Position

The Training and Professional Development Intern is part of the Human Resources and Organizational Development division, which supports the staff who serve the constituents of The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. This role specifically supports the Training and Professional Development function, contributing to initiatives that build on newly developed frameworks to organize and streamline departmental work, as well as to identify more targeted learning and development opportunities for Museum staff.
