About The Position

BRP is looking for a Training Operations Coordinator to join its Global Dealer Learning and Development Team (DL&D Team). As a key business function of the leading Powersports OEM and brand, the DL&D Team is determined to transform the Organization's training landscape and curate a best in-class learning experience for our global dealer network. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Training Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of online training content, global instructor-led training events and other related activities. You will find yourself wearing a few hats: scheduling and logistics management, manpower and resources coordination and instructional content development, etc.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 4+ years managing and coordinating complex projects
  • Efficient in utilizing MS and Google suite applications
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a proven record of proactive initiatives deployment in past roles.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Highly organized, with previous experience working under pressure with competing priorities
  • A strong team player with previous experiencing managing stakeholders
  • Required to work onsite in the Sturtevant, WI office 3 days per week.
  • Occasional global travel required (2-3x per year)

Responsibilities

  • Continuously refine instructor-led training experience for dealers to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Effectively manage the lifecycle of all training assets and stations across all training facilities globally.
  • Coordinate with instructors and regional teams to ensure the upkeep of global training facilities, their equipment and tools.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for global training events, including procurement processes and shipping and transportation of vehicles, tools, and parts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support dealer network growth, product launches, engineering, technical documentation, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support training strategies based on business priorities, locations, and scheduling requirements.
  • Support the LMS (Learning Management System) Product Owner in managing dealer training records, user and course data.
  • Monitor and reply to inbound inquiries in the BRP inbox.
