As a Training & Off/Onboarding Coordinator at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for new team members while supporting the ongoing development of our workforce. This position involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive onboarding programs that help new employees integrate seamlessly into our collaborative culture. You will partner closely with HR, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and empowered to contribute from day one. What your day-to-day will look like: Approximate breakdown of activities for this role is 40% Administrative, 30% Stakeholder Management, 30% Training Management. Must have critical understanding of training content importance and timely execution in a regulated environment that is subject to regulating authority (i.e. FDA) audit(s).
