WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE Our Training Manager executes True Food Kitchen’s learning strategy in the field—translating brand standards and SOPs into daily behaviors that elevate guest experience, food safety, and team performance. This role maintains training content, administers Dayforce Learning and the HUB, supports new restaurant openings (NROs), delivers train-the-trainer sessions, and partners with Operations to drive adoption and certification. The Training Manager is a hands-on facilitator and project manager who turns curriculum into consistent results at store level. This is a full-time position in the True Food Kitchen home office in Scottsdale, AZ.
