About The Position

B.H. Inc., of Vernal, Utah, is searching for a full-time Training Manager to designs and teach training courses based on business goals that help employees overcome any current weaknesses. They will also teach additional skills to keep the company competitive and efficient. Establishes and maintains a Learning Management System to facilitate delivery of web-based training to employees. We are willing to pay for the best candidate in a training role. If you have what we're looking for, we are willing to pay $85,000-$110,000 yearly (Depending on Experience). Requirements

Must enjoy and be comfortable speaking in public
Passion for working with and developing employees
Teaching experience is a plus
Experience in construction trades
Understanding of construction apprenticeship programs
