The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs to develop and enhance the skills of employees within our manufacturing facility. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Training Manager will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Reports into the Site HR leader and indirectly into the SC Training COE.
