The Training & LMS Coordinator blends Learning Management System administration and content development with training project coordination. This role's primary responsibilities include acting as the training liaison between Bastian Solutions, customers and vendors. In this role, the Training & LMS Coordinator will develop and oversee eLearning platforms for Bastian customers, coordinate training logistics with internal and external parties, create training materials, and ensure training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently. This role also manages project schedules and technical training initiatives across departments. This role will work with the Technical Training team, Project Management team, Learning and Development team and Bastian vendors to design and develop in person and online learning content that provides the best technical training for Bastian Solutions employees and customers.
