Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, industrial psychology, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in quality management, compliance, or program evaluation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • You have strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • You have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • You have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills.
  • You have ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • You have an analytical and results-oriented mindset.
  • You have a commitment to professional growth and development.
  • You demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Chris and a commitment to living out a Christ-centered lifestyle consistent with PRM's Statement of Faith.
  • You have the ability to integrate biblical principles in leadership, staff interactions, and client support.
  • You must meet and maintain the requirements to become an approved driver.
  • You have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • You will design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
  • You will ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals, support professional growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • You will conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization.
  • You will collaborate with external training vendors and consultants to bring high-quality learning solutions into the organization and ensure effective, aligned delivery.
  • You will design engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and in-person training sessions.
  • You will partner with executives and department leaders to ensure training initiatives support organizational objectives.
  • You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.
  • You will manage training budgets, vendors, and resources efficiently.
  • You will coach and mentor employees to enhance professional development and career growth.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
  • You will promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
