Requirements

You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, industrial psychology, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in quality management, compliance, or program evaluation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You have leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
You have strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
You have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
You have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
You have strong project management and organizational skills.
You have ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
You have an analytical and results-oriented mindset.
You have a commitment to professional growth and development.
You demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Chris and a commitment to living out a Christ-centered lifestyle consistent with PRM's Statement of Faith.
You have the ability to integrate biblical principles in leadership, staff interactions, and client support.
You must meet and maintain the requirements to become an approved driver.
You have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

You will design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
You will ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals, support professional growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
You will conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization.
You will collaborate with external training vendors and consultants to bring high-quality learning solutions into the organization and ensure effective, aligned delivery.
You will design engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and in-person training sessions.
You will partner with executives and department leaders to ensure training initiatives support organizational objectives.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.
You will manage training budgets, vendors, and resources efficiently.
You will coach and mentor employees to enhance professional development and career growth.
You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
You will promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
