POSITION SUMMARY The Training & Education Coordinator supports the development, delivery, and evaluation of all employee training programs at River Vista. This role ensures staff have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to provide high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. The coordinator manages training logistics, maintains accurate education records, assists with onboarding, and helps ensure the organization meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
