In this role, you will provide training and performance support while serving as a Training Curriculum Sr. Analyst who will be responsible for learning experience design development by curating high-impact learning and development initiatives that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance. This position applies experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, curriculum architecture, and learning technologies. Training criteria can be broad and learner-centered in nature, requiring creativity and innovation in designing engaging and effective learning experiences. In this role, you will be expected to operate as a self starter in an ambiguous environment while working closely with the Training team to develop instructional strategies, learning methodologies, and delivery approaches to address complex performance needs while contributing to high-quality learning solutions, measurable outcomes, and defined performance metrics where applicable.
