In this role, the Training Curriculum Associate Manager curates high-impact learning and development initiatives that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance. This position applies experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, curriculum architecture, and learning technologies. Training criteria can be broad and learner-centered in nature, requiring creativity and innovation in designing engaging and effective learning experiences. The Senior Learning Experience Designer should operate with latitude in determining instructional strategies, learning methodologies, and delivery approaches to address complex performance needs while contributing to high-quality learning solutions, measurable outcomes, and defined performance metrics where applicable.
