The Training Coordinator provides administrative, office, learning management system (LMS) support to the department manager and to their assigned program. Possible programs the Training Coordinator may support include: Contractor Acquisition University (CAU) and/or eLearning. This position is responsible for assisting program team members to develop and deliver training programs according to NTC procedures. This position will be the main point of contact for all customer service requests. This position will serve as a backup training coordinator for other programs on an as needed basis. NOTE: This position falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA).
