Requirements

• Strong understanding of adult learning concepts and instructional design.
• Ability to deliver content effectively in classroom and on-the-job settings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in security and aviation environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in personnel development, training, or coaching.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher.
• 1 year of experience in contract security services.
• 1 year of experience in aviation security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Implement adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Continuously improve training processes to enhance workforce performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
