This role ensures that employees receive timely, relevant, and high-quality training that enhances performance, supports compliance requirements, and aligns with organizational goals. The Training Coordinator collaborates with department leaders, subject-matter experts, and external vendors to manage logistics, maintain accurate training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning initiatives. Location: This is an on-site position based out of Kalamazoo, MI.
