About The Position

This Full-Time role serves as part of a support offices team, and as a Training Coordinator in our Pilot Training Department, you will work in a logistical environment full of variety and time sensitive deadlines that require critical thinking and multi-tasking skills. Training Coordinators are responsible for arranging all aspects of the training phases of our pilots. This process is complex and your knowledge will build as different areas are introduced and assigned. Multiple Software platform/windows are open and used throughout the day Build schedules for tracking Classroom Training Devices Simulators Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary. Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors. Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
  • Self-starter and motivated team player
  • Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
  • Ability to maintain a productive work environment; remaining courteous and professional at all times
