About The Position

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and implementing unique training courses, mentoring and leading new hires through the onboarding process and integrating leadership skills into day-to-day training opportunities. This role will play a significant part in the application and understanding of ProLift’s core values, mission and purpose. The Training Program Coordinator will work with the HSE team, the Recruiting team, Branch Managers and Senior Leadership in aligning and executing an industry-leading training program across all locations and team member levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in a training or recruiting role.

Responsibilities

  • Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for ProLift.
  • Facilitate online training cohorts on a weekly basis.
  • Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods according to the specific purpose or audience.
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
  • Recruit and train new Trainers, delegate training tasks to the new Trainers and evaluate performance.
  • Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
  • Develop and implement a mentorship program that supports ProLift core values and creates culturally aligned, effective local leaders.
  • Coordinate individual training schedules with Branch Managers and local mentors for successful training completion.
  • Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
  • Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.
  • Other duties as assigned/requested.
  • Support Retention, Ministry, Employee Development, and Quality Departments where applicable.
