About The Position

CASES is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to play a key role in advancing our mission by delivering high-quality learning experiences that support leadership development, effective supervision, and professional growth. This role facilitates engaging trainings, develops inclusive and relevant learning content, and partners with the Training & Development team to ensure offerings reflect organizational needs, values, and the diverse experiences of our workforce. The ideal candidate is an empathetic facilitator, skilled content developer, and collaborative partner who is committed to continuous learning and people-centered development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Experience facilitating trainings for adult learners
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, learner-centered training experiences
  • Comfort using virtual learning platforms and common training technologies

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, inclusive, and interactive trainings for staff across the organization, both in-person and virtual
  • Deliver learning experiences focused on leadership, supervision, communication, equity-informed practices, and professional development
  • Create emotionally safe learning environments that respect and reflect diverse lived experiences
  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials
  • Integrate adult learning principles and culturally responsive facilitation practices
  • Adapt and tailor content to align with organizational values, mission, and evolving workforce needs
  • Stay current on best practices in facilitation, leadership development, supervision, and adult learning
  • Seek out professional development opportunities to enhance facilitation and instructional design skills
  • Use participant feedback and evaluation data to refine and strengthen training offerings
