About The Position

As a Training Coordinator, you will ffectively communicate and coach the fundamentals of all training systems/programs and why they are critical to the business as well as the development of employees. Responsible for developing the necessary skills in all job functions and managing the modification to job instructions as needed. Meet with Plant Operation teams to create action plans and review adherence to training systems/programs.

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage Training Matrix
  • Manage TWI Program
  • Facilitate learning sessions and workshops
  • Assist with temp onboarding and induction of new hires
  • Create/Modify training checklist, work procedures, & single point lessons
  • Manage the tracking of all training
  • Create and maintain plant training videos for visual learning
  • Maintain records within Knauf Integrated Management System
  • Audit training program for compliance
  • Develop and review KPI objectives related to training and conduct Root Cause Analysis for gaps
  • Create monthly report for management review
  • Oversee finished goods quality
