About The Position

The Training Coordinator I is an entry-level position dedicated to supporting the organization and documentation of training programs within our plant. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees from all backgrounds and at all organizational levels and promoting an inclusive work culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally within the company.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for all training events, both in-person and virtual, to ensure accessibility and participation.
  • Organize and maintain departmental training materials, resources, and employee training records.
  • Track and process onboarding documents for new hires, helping to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience for everyone.
  • Provide administrative support for initiatives and meetings regrading safety, Continuous improvement and leadership development.
  • Maintain and update training databases; help prepare reports as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of training processes, providing feedback and ideas for a better learning environment.
  • Development of new training tools and resources.
  • Support initiatives that foster skill development and ensure a safe, respectful workplace for all team members.
  • Organize and monitor information and documentation regarding Health and Safety programs.
