About The Position

The Training Content Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing employee development across departments.
This position collaborates with training leaders and subject matter experts to create high-impact content that aligns with instructional design principles and organizational standards. Core responsibilities include producing professional training videos using but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro and developing interactive eLearning modules with Adobe Captivate.
The specialist manages Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including enrollment, course assignments, content updates, and reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of learner progress and maintaining system usability and compliance.
To enhance learner engagement, the specialist designs visual assets using but not limited to Canva and develops a variety of training materials such as guides, job aids, infographics, and scripts for both virtual and in-person programs.
The role also involves monitoring learner feedback and training analytics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. The specialist ensures all training content adheres to branding, accessibility, and compliance standards, and supports training-related communications across platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
Additional duties include assisting with content development, editing, and coordination tasks as assigned by training leadership.
