Job Description – What you’ll do The Player Engagement Intern reports directly to the Director of Player Engagement and the Director of Player & Family Affairs and provides comprehensive support to the Player Engagement Department. This role works closely with players, coaches, football staff, and their families to enhance the overall player experience both on and off the field. The intern plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, with a primary focus on executing Player Engagement initiatives. Core responsibilities include assisting with daily player-related needs, supporting onboarding efforts for new and transitioning players, maintaining accurate and up-to-date player information, and providing off-field support as needed. Additionally, this position supports family engagement efforts by assisting with the coordination and execution of family programming, including open practices and other team-hosted events. The intern contributes to planning and delivering these experiences while maintaining and updating the databases, guides, and information systems used to organize and execute family-related events and initiatives.
