About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Fan Engagement Intern to support our team in enhancing fan experiences and building meaningful connections with our audience. This role will assist in developing and executing campaigns that drive fan interaction, as well as supporting the planning and coordination of fan-focused events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing fan engagement campaigns
• Support the coordination and logistics of fan-related events, activations, and experiences
• Help brainstorm creative ideas to increase fan interaction and participation
• Monitor fan engagement across social media and other platforms, identifying opportunities to connect
• Assist in responding to fan inquiries, comments, and messages as directed
• Help track and report on fan engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Coordinate with marketing, events, and operations teams to align fan initiatives
• Support the creation of fan-focused content and experiences
• Maintain organization of event materials, schedules, and fan engagement resources
