Job Summary: The Denver Broncos are seeking part-time team members to support our Training Center Experience Department during the 2026 Training Camp. This position will span approximately 5–6 weeks from mid-July through the end of August and will take place at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit in Englewood, CO. This role is intended for local college students seeking a paid (hourly) part-time summer position within the sports and events industry. We are looking for coachable, self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn more about the planning and execution of NFL fan events. This is a hands-on role in which team members will actively contribute to the daily execution of fan-facing elements of Training Camp.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree, trade school certification, or higher in related field
  • Must be available to work the full duration of Training Camp
  • Must live in or have housing within commuting distance of Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit for the duration of employment
  • Ability to take initiative, adapt to changing situations, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to interact with both adults and children
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions, navigate stairs, and lift at least 40 pounds
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in events, operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the operations, hospitality, and entertainment aspects of Broncos Training Camp
  • Set up and break down operational equipment and entertainment elements before, during, and after Training Camp (signage, tents, parking, etc.)
  • Monitor assigned areas during practice days, including fan activations, hospitality spaces, vendor zones, and autograph sessions
  • Communicate with Event Operations leadership regarding questions, concerns, or operational needs
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service that enhances the fan experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
