Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Trainer in customer support or related roles.
  • Background in online industries (e.g., online betting, insurance, fintech).
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with service cloud solutions such as Freshdesk and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge base management and tools powered by artificial intelligence.
  • Proven ability to deliver onsite and remote training effectively.
  • Experience guiding customer support teams (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with data-driven training approaches.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct training sessions on location and virtually for customer support teams, covering onboarding and ongoing growth.
  • Build and maintain knowledge bases and learning resources powered by artificial intelligence.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and build tailored learning paths.
  • Apply data-driven insights to measure training efficiency and continuously improve programs.
  • Manage and update training content across platforms.
  • Work together with cross-functional groups to assist with onboarding and ongoing learning.
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate performance reports.
