Davidson College Dining is seeking a motivated and organized Training & Engagement Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of Dining Services team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and service-focused workplace culture while ensuring that Dining team members are effectively hired, trained, and supported. The Training & Engagement Coordinator works closely with Dining managers and Human Resources to support hiring processes, coordinate orientation programs, maintain training systems, and develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention. This position also helps ensure that Dining employees are well prepared to deliver excellent service to the campus community.
