Training and Development Manager

AleraCareSandy, UT
Hybrid

About The Position

Pure Infusion is a leading healthcare infusion services company providing high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy across multiple clinic locations. Born from the merger of Pure Infusion Suites and Aleracare, we are building a unified organization grounded in a strong culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine care for patients and employees alike. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, with operations spanning multiple states, we are in a pivotal stage of growth and integration—and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. We are looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our People Operations team and lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs across every function of our organization. This is not a siloed corporate training role. You will work directly with department leaders in clinical operations, billing, finance, intake, sales, nursing, and site management to understand how their teams work, identify where gaps exist, and build practical training solutions that make people better at their jobs. This role is built for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, has a bias toward action, and understands that great training isn’t about checking a box—it’s about equipping people to perform at their highest level. You’ll have a seat at the table in shaping how our newly unified company develops its workforce from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, organizational development, or a related function, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build training programs from scratch—not just deliver pre-built content.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to earn trust from clinical, operational, and administrative leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can translate complex processes into clear, practical training materials.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, post-merger environment where processes are still being built.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and standard business software.
  • A bias toward action and accountability—you follow through and you expect others to do the same.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare infusion services, ambulatory care, or clinical operations.
  • SHRM-CP, CPTD (ATD), or similar professional certification.
  • Experience supporting M&A integration or multi-site standardization efforts.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance training requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, state-specific regulations).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders across Intake, Billing, Finance, Patient Access, Nursing, Sales, Supervisors, and Managers to assess training needs and build role-specific programs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training content including onboarding curricula, process documentation, standard operating procedures, competency checklists, and continuing education materials.
  • Create accountability structures—performance tracking, assessments, and follow-up one-on-ones—to ensure training translates into measurable behavior change.
  • Build a scalable training infrastructure that supports both existing clinic operations and new site openings as Pure Infusion grows.
  • Support cultural integration efforts across legacy Pure Infusion Suites and Aleracare teams, ensuring training reinforces our unified values and standards.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align training programs with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and employee development pathways.
  • Own the training calendar, content library, and learning management processes, keeping materials current and accessible.
  • Gather feedback from the field and iterate on programs—this role requires regular presence in clinics and direct engagement with frontline teams.
  • Report program outcomes, participation metrics, and impact data to HR leadership on a regular cadence.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
