We are looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our People Operations team and lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs across every function of our organization. This is not a siloed corporate training role. You will work directly with department leaders in clinical operations, billing, finance, intake, sales, nursing, and site management to understand how their teams work, identify where gaps exist, and build practical training solutions that make people better at their jobs. This role is built for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, has a bias toward action, and understands that great training isn’t about checking a box—it’s about equipping people to perform at their highest level. You’ll have a seat at the table in shaping how our newly unified company develops its workforce from the ground up.
