Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in learning and development, talent development, human resources management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Rising Junior or Senior continuing studies in Fall 2026.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic standing.
  • Team player with strong technology, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a dependable, can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or exposure to HR systems
  • Tech savvy
