What You Will Do: The Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Module Center is looking for a Technical Trainer to develop, implement and administer technical training for manufacturing operations. In addition, this position will focus on the creation and administration of a training program that focuses on improving the technical competencies of manufacturing employees, while reducing training cycle time. This includes, but is not limited to, managing training growth, creating and fostering training partner relationships, establishing traditional and blended learning solutions, monitoring training KPIs, and defining procedural aspects related to technical training. This role involves administering training material in multiple delivery formats, i.e., online, classroom, plus on-job-training and handle simple to complex administrative tasks.
