SourceAmerica is seeking a Training Academy Administrator to join the Mission Services team. This role works directly with non-profit agencies (NPAs) to establish organization-specific configurations within the SourceAmerica Training Academy (our Learning Management System (LMS)), including initial configuration, managing integrations with HRIS systems (where needed), and data imports. Establish routine processes for managing content feeds and ensuring the NPA develops the necessary infrastructure to maximize and be successful with the SourceAmerica Training Academy. Requires extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in LMS Administration. There are approximately 500 NPAs in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network that provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program and approximately 36,000 AbilityOne employees are in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network.
