About The Position

Mandarich Law Group LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA IL NY MI OH GA NV and FL. We are seeking an Employee Training Administrator for our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office. Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday in their respective time zones. This is an in-office position. The Employee Training Administrator works directly with the Director of Training and Development to assist with organizing and managing the Firm’s training programs for new and existing staff training.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in training administration or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using various software tools (e.g., MS Office, LMS systems).

Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Assisting with reviewing and updating current training materials
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for training inquiries from firm employees
  • Administrative Support: Entering all new hires into the Firm’s learning management system and assigning all required courses
  • Assigning and monitoring completion of new courses for existing staff
  • Monitoring for completion and providing final approval for system access for new hires
  • Providing reporting for audits and client inquiries
