About The Position

The Trainer & Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical role in upholding our brand standards by ensuring all service partners are properly trained, supported, and consistently delivering high-quality results. This position is hands-on and focused on coaching, inspecting cleaning after training, and continuously improving performance across all assigned accounts. Requirements

  • Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
  • 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
  • Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
  • Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
  • Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability with a team-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel between multiple job sites
  • Flexible schedule (may include evenings or weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Train new hires and current service partners on ServiceMaster cleaning standards, procedures, including proper dilutions, and safety protocols.
  • Performing routine quality inspections after training is complete at assigned facilities to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Review failed inspections with employees and provide hands-on retraining and coaching
  • Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and reinforce best practices in the field
  • Partner with HR/ management to develop corrective action plans and improve overall service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
  • Build positive relationships with team members
