About The Position

JOB SUMMARYSupervise the Quality Assurance operations of the facility, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources to meet the business requirements.

Responsible for ensuring that standards are met for operating and usage of logistic and supply chain, material management, and distribution/transportation policies and practices to meet the business requirements company. Ensure subordinates analyze data for accuracy, report on any improvements implemented, and note any effects of modifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Quality assurance background
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents\blueprints
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.
• Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience.
• Logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead work within corporate strategies, policy frameworks and designs, and implement operational strategies, as set by corporate policies to meet both short and long term goals.
• Supervise and lead all Quality Assurance activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Supervise and lead the subordinates who are responsible for investigating and diagnosing quality complaints, tracking down components, and recommending corrective action.
• Supervise and lead and motivate subordinate staff, reviews, and assesses performance, supports their professional development to optimize their contribution.
• Ensure continued quality assurance activities such as verifying logs, databases, and other data to track and flag quality concerns and improvements.
• Work with organization members to audit, identify quality problems, and improve operational processes.
• Write, maintain, and disseminate quality manuals and other documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
