POSITION OVERVIEW Kids Camp by Burn Boot Camp is a vibrant fitness and recreational program committed to helping kids build confidence, stay active, and connect with others through movement. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Trainer & Events Coordinator who is passionate about working with children and creating memorable experiences. This role will focus primarily on planning, coordinating, and executing birthday parties, Parents Night Out, and special events, while also supporting camp training and light marketing efforts. This position requires evening and Saturday availability. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

  • Availability for evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination & Execution: Plan, organize, and lead all Kids Camp events including birthday parties, Parents Night Out, and special events. Ensure each event is high-energy, organized, and delivers an exceptional experience for kids and families.
  • Event Staffing & Leadership: Schedule, prepare, and lead staff for events. Ensure all team members are aligned, prepared, and executing at a high level.
  • Event Promotion: Support marketing efforts related to events through social media, flyers, and local outreach. Assist in driving awareness and participation in Kids Camp offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with members and the community, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Reporting: Track and report on event performance, membership growth, and customer feedback to inform future strategies.
  • Training: Conduct fitness training sessions and classes for children that are safe, effective, and enjoyable for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Front Desk Duties: Welcome members and guests, handle inquiries, process memberships and class registrations, and manage phone and email communications.
