The Learning Experience Team is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver exceptional training experiences that drive operational excellence and customer service quality for our remote customer service associates. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards in training delivery while ensuring consistency across all training locations. The Training Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, educator, and mentor responsible for delivering customized training programs aligned with Blink's processes and customer service standards. This individual will directly train remote customer service associates while certifying and quality-assuring third-party site trainers to maintain consistent training standards across all locations. About the team Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning development and delivery of Blink Customer Support associates. We design, create and deliver learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, and the customer experience.
