Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Trailer Maintenance.
  • Able to complete the advanced repair work independently
  • Strong knowledge of braking systems, electrical wiring, suspensions, and trailer components.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset, ensuring high-quality work that meets compliance standards.
  • A team-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in Trailer Maintenance.
  • ASE Certification and two years of schooling or experience
  • Experience in trailer maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

  • Performing preventive maintenance on trailers, ensuring they meet all safety and operational standards.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including brakes, lights, suspensions, and tires.
  • Conducting detailed inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Using diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair trailer components.
  • Collaborating with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet company standards.
  • Maintaining accurate service records to track work performed and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory requirements, keeping our fleet reliable and our drivers safe on the road.
