About The Position

Join Koch NationaLease as a Mobile Technician II in St. Paul, MN . You’ll handle advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on tractors and trailers in the field. You’ll travel to customer and company sites, solve complex issues, and keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. If you’re skilled, self-driven, and ready to take your career on the road, we want you on our team! The salary grade for this position ranges from $28.53 to $39.93/hr. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted hiring range for this role is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a related field; shadetree or informal mechanical experience will be considered
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in operating and interpreting results from diagnostic equipment and tools
DOT certification required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire

Nice To Haves

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on tractors and trailers
Travel to customer and company sites for mobile service calls
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and aftertreatment systems
Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Order and install necessary parts for repairs
Use technical manuals, drawings, and diagnostic tools to identify issues
Keep work truck, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Train and support entry-level technicians when assigned
Recommend warranty or follow-up repairs as needed
