Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of trailer mechanic experience.
Prior experience in a lead or foreman role within a shop environment.
Must have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Safety or mechanical certifications such as OSHA, TIA, or OE are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain technician productivity and efficiency levels of 85% or higher.
Plan, prioritize, and schedule workload throughout the shop.
Manage equipment downtime, minimize outsourced repairs, and collaborate with Operations to ensure equipment availability.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.
