Requirements

3+ years of experience working in a trailer shop
2+ years of experience as a trailer shop supervisor
Experience in a supervisory role within a trailer shop or similar
Proficiency in trailer repairs and maintenance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to upholding company standards of quality and safety
Team-oriented leader who can effectively prioritize and delegate multiple tasks
Superb problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
