Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future. Acciona offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance where relocation is required and approved, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more. The Traffic and Revenue Roadway Alignment Design Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing highway project designs to maximize traffic capture, operational efficiency, and revenue. This position bridges engineering design and traffic analysis, particularly for Managed Lanes projects in the U.S., where clients now demand deeper, data-driven justifications for technical alternatives. It stems from lessons learned in past bids like SR-400, where revenue-focused design improvements were key to winning. The role will collaborate closely with external engineering teams and construction joint ventures to review and propose roadway alignments and ramp designs. Emphasis is placed on coordination with the Traffic and Revenue team to align designs with traffic operations and user behavior. The position supports increased project volume and complexity, requiring a specialized profile to meet growing demands. Ideally, the role is filled locally due to efficiency, availability, and coordination benefits. Over time, this individual may contribute beyond bidding phases, adding value in Concessionaire or Construction project execution. Candidates should be civil engineers with at least five years of highway design experience and strong proficiency in design software like OpenRoads. Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian alignment standards is highly desirable. Job Description Execute assigned parts of the project within their unit/department according to established procedures, to help meet deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), while promoting significant improvements to the project. These technicians are responsible for studying current scenarios and future projections of demand and revenue. They work on infrastructure projects where part or all of the revenue depends on demand-based payments or involves commercial revenue. They also conduct volume forecasts of raw materials at waste treatment or similar facilities to verify operational scenarios.
