This role follows a hybrid work model , requiring regular attendance at our Hartford, CT office. What you’ll be challenged to do: In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise in traffic analysis, modeling, and roadway design to improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of transportation systems across Connecticut. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop solutions that ease congestion, enhance mobility, and create safer streets for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. From analyzing traffic flow and designing signals to preparing construction documents and supporting field investigations, your work will directly impact the quality of life in the community by making travel safer and more efficient.
