Summary: Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, the Trade Show and Events Planner is responsible for - trade show and event project management - development and successful execution of national and regional conferences and tradeshows - product launch events and specialized customer events as well as internal meetings and or events held for employees. Such responsibilities include sourcing venues, negotiating contracts and oversee registration sites as well as day to day project management of events and coordination with internal and external teams. Some, but not all events, will also require the Tradeshow and Events planner to work on site during the event or congress itself. This position will include significant customer communications as well as collaboration with internal staff.
