As an Event Panner, you will be supporting the Events Team operations and execution by serving ministry partners with the planning, support, and execution of various events. We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented Event Planner to join our Events team. This role is responsible for planning and executing complex event logistics, including venue and hotel coordination, travel arrangements, and freight management through established vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate specializes in meticulous pre-event planning, effectively managing contractor and vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless on-site execution. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at aligning event experiences with the organization’s mission, brand standards, and budgetary goals. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates challenges before they arise, and delivers exceptional service at every stage of the event lifecycle.
