Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage the Team: Oversee and empower HVAC technicians while cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
- Take Care of Customers: Ensure top‑tier service, resolve concerns quickly, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Drive Exceptional Metrics: Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Design Elite-Level Training: Recruit HVAC talent, build training programs, and promote ongoing skill development and career advancement.
