Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified trademark associate with 3-6 years of experience to contribute to its thriving IP practice. Applicants should have experience and continued interest in trademarks and copyrights. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. Experience with trademark and copyright licensing is a plus. Applicants must have excellent trademark search/analysis skills, attention to detail, legal research and analysis skills as well as USPTO procedural knowledge and stellar academic credentials. Colorado license required. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
