The Copyright Department plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive and efficient rights management administration of our music catalogues, safeguarding copyrights and maximizing revenue for all of our stakeholders. Position Purpose: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Deal Processing Team within Concord’s US Copyright Department. You will be responsible for processing updates related to amendments and terminations within Concord’s rights management system as well as handling both internal and external notifications of Concord’s rights for new agreements. This role will support the Deal Processing Team with data entry for deal summaries, agreements and schedules, and will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely entry of deal information across Concord’s rights management systems. Additionally, as business needs dictate, this role will also provide support to the Song Processing team. This role works under the direct supervision of Manager, Copyright (Deal Processing). You are committed to delivering best-in-class client service to Concord’s songwriters and publishing partners.
