About The Position

The Trade Marketing Manager connects Marketing and Sales to ensure Klass brands are executed flawlessly at the point of sale. This role drives trade strategy, in-store execution, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate growth while upholding World Klass Standards.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales Strategy, or similar roles within the CPG or retail industry.
  • Proven experience executing retail programs, including POS development, promotions, and in-store activation.
  • Experience working with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, or similar), sell-in/sell-out data, and performance analysis.
  • Experience using retail execution platforms such as Repsly, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual trade marketing plans, calendars, and promotional strategies aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Sales to optimize assortment, pricing, planograms (POGs), and in-store visibility.
  • Leverage syndicated, sell-in, and sell-out data to evaluate performance, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute POS materials, displays, demos, endcaps, and in-store tools to maximize brand presence and sales impact.
  • Track field execution, retail activity, and asset deployment through Repsly to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships to improve cost efficiency, production quality, and distribution of trade marketing tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales, providing tools, sell sheets, and campaigns to support new item launches and execution.
  • Translate retail audits and field data into actionable insights to improve execution and sales performance.
  • Develop and communicate clear, scalable sales strategies and initiatives to support field teams.
  • Partner with account managers, retailers, and distributors to execute promotions, price programs (TPRs), and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Administration to ensure seamless execution, distribution, and expense management.
  • Manage and optimize the trade marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.
