Position Summary The Outreach Manager II – Trade Ally is responsible for managing relationships with contractors and trade allies, who deliver HVAC, water heating, insulation, and electrical services as part of energy efficiency and electrification programs. The role will require knowledge of the repairs and remediations required to complete electrification projects. This role ensures high-quality installations, compliance with program standards, and effective coordination between internal teams and external partners. The Subcontractor Manager will also lead recruitment, training, and performance management of subcontractors to meet program goals. This role would also support supply side development through conversations, negotiations, and coordination with material providers (i.e., distributors and manufacturers).
