We're hiring an experienced Track Worker / Equipment Operator to join our Miami crew. In this role, you'll operate specialized heavy equipment such as backhoes, tampers, graders, and rail-mounted machinery to install, repair, and maintain track to Federal Railroad Administration standards. You'll work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks that directly impact the safety and efficiency of rail operations. While most work will be based in Miami, there may be short-term travel to nearby sites when business needs arise. A typical day as a Track Worker / Equipment Operator might include: Starting the shift with a job briefing and safety checks with your crew Operating equipment to replace ties, rails, and other track components Clearing vegetation, correcting track alignment, and inspecting switches to ensure safe operation We're looking for a Track Worker / Equipment Operator who is dependable, skilled in heavy equipment operation, and dedicated to doing quality work every time.
