Position Summary The Tours Supervisor and Events Coordinator supports the daily execution of public tours, VIP visits, and private events. This hourly leadership role ensures consistent guest experience standards, proper staffing coverage, accurate event documentation, and clear communication across departments. This position is hands-on and guest-facing. The Supervisor leads by example on the floor, supports team execution, and helps maintain operational consistency across all experiential programming. Strong familiarity with the brand, products, and brewing process is highly desired. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable speaking to groups, and confident representing the brewery to guests, partners, and VIP visitors.
