About The Position

The Total Rewards Specialist serves as the enterprise owner of total rewards reporting, analytics, and operational insight across the HR lifecycle, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition programs. This role transforms HR data into decision-ready insights, ensures operational readiness across compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition programs, and enables automation and process optimization through system design and agentic solutions.

Requirements

  • HR experience, including management of the full HR lifecycle in a small to mid-size organization (or equivalent scope within a larger enterprise) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in HR reporting, analytics, and data interpretation, including executive-level reporting and dashboarding.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS, compensation analytics, and benefits reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-facing accountability.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions.
  • High discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Maintains a mindset of curiosity and experimentation, actively seeking opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to transform HR data into scalable, decision-ready insights and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise HR Reporting & Analytics Own all HR reporting and analytics, including the monthly Talent Report for GLT (Global Leadership Team).
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition systems.
  • Translate complex HR data into clear executive-ready insights and narratives.
  • Compensation & Benefits Operational Support Prepare compensation analyses including market pricing, internal equity reviews, and ad hoc modeling.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret benefits utilization and cost reports Own the I-9 Re-validation process Serve as back-up to for our LOA process
  • Awardco Program Oversight Serve as system administrator for AwardCo program governance, reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Partner with Payroll on point-to-payroll reconciliation.
  • Identify trends and recommend program improvements based on recognition data.
  • Payroll Partnership & Reporting Maintain working knowledge of payroll processes, timing, and controls.
  • Support payroll-related reporting, auditing, and analytics.
  • Act as a bridge between Payroll, Compensation, and HR systems.
  • Process Optimization & Automation Identify manual or repetitive HR processes suitable for automation.
  • Build or manage automation tools, agentic solutions, or workflow bots to support reporting, monitoring, and self-service analytics.
  • Partner across HR and HRIS to scale and optimize efficient solutions
